For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller of any personal data you provide to us.

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect:

• Your phone number
• Your email address (optional)
• Your address or postcode
• Any message or project details you choose to share

We do not knowingly collect special category personal data (such as health, religion or biometric data).

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a site survey
• Prepare a written quote for your project
• Schedule and complete any installation work you instruct

• MongoDB Atlas — secure cloud database hosting for our enquiry records.
• HMRC / our accountants — for legal and tax record-keeping where work is invoiced.
